What We Use in Our Program
- PFT components across running, push‑ups, sit‑ups, shuttle runs, flexibility tests and more
- Guidelines from Young Marines’ trainings on nutrition, including balancing carbohydrates, healthy fats, fruits & veggies, and minimizing added sugars
